Web Developer

We are looking for a motivated and organized Web Developer who can help us deliver delightful experiences to our buyers and sellers and improve and streamline business processes.

As a web developer at McCurdy, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including designers, product managers, and other developers) to design, develop, test, and deploy new features and web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS (SASS), PHP (Laravel), and JavaScript (Vue.js).
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Create and implement automated testing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications and documentation.
Desired Skills
  • 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).r
  • 2+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of MVC frameworks (Laravel preferred).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Ability to effectively collaborate on the specification and planning of new web application features.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
